Text
There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against, any member insurer or its agents or employees, the Ohio life and health guaranty association or its agents or employees, the board of directors or any member of the board, or the superintendent of insurance or the superintendent's representatives, for any action or omission by them pursuant to the purposes and provisions of this chapter or in the performance of their powers and duties under this chapter. Immunity under this section extends to the participation in any organization of one or more other state associations of similar purposes as provided in division (N)(7) of section3956.08of the Revised Code, and to any such organization and its agents and employees.
