Text
Title insurance, except for reinsurance as provided in section3953.13of the Revised Code, shall be transacted, underwritten, or issued only by a company organized or admitted for issuance of no other form of insurance in this state. A title insurance company shall not transact any other form of insurance business in this state. No company may be organized or admitted in this state after December 12, 1967, to transact, underwrite, or issue title insurance if it engages in any form of insurance business other than title insurance.
