Section3927.05of the Revised Code is not repealed or affected by sections3935.01to3935.17, inclusive, of the Revised Code, but compliance with sections3935.01to3935.17, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall not be deemed to be a violation of section3927.05of the Revised Code.
