The superintendent of insurance shall, at least once in five years, make an examination of each rating bureau licensed in this state as provided in section3935.06of the Revised Code, and he may, as often as he considers it expedient, make an examination of each advisory organization referred to in section3935.12of the Revised Code and of each group, association, or other organization referred to in section3935.13of the Revised Code. The reasonable costs of any such examination shall be paid by the rating bureau, advisory organization, group, association, or other organization examined upon presentation to it of a detailed account of such costs.
