Text
Sections3935.01to3935.17, inclusive, of the Revised Code do not prohibit or discourage reasonable competition, or prohibit or encourage uniformity in insurance rates, rating systems, rating plans, or practices. Such sections shall be liberally interpreted to carry this section into effect.
