Text
No corporation, company, or association shall be organized in this state or admitted to do business in this state to transact the business of sickness and accident insurance, as provided in section3919.31of the Revised Code, or accident insurance, as provided in section3919.35of the Revised Code.
This section does not prevent the renewal of the certificates of authority of companies authorized to do such business in this state prior to May 26, 1939.
