Text
Any foreign company or association complying with sections3919.02to3919.10, inclusive, of the Revised Code, may do business within this state, provided it can show a percentage of solvency of not less than one hundred five per cent, as provided in such sections, on all business in force on the thirty-first day of December of the year preceding the date of application to do business within this state.
