Text
A company or association organized under section3919.01of the Revised Code amending its articles of incorporation and its constitution and bylaws is subject to sections3919.11and3919.12of the Revised Code as to its organization and government, and it shall make separate annual statements to the superintendent of insurance of the business transacted by it under the assessment plan, as required by section3919.16of the Revised Code, and of the business transacted by it under the level premium or legal reserve plan, as required by section3907.19of the Revised Code.
