Text
No corporation, company, or association organized under section3919.01of the Revised Code shall issue a certificate or policy to any person, until such person has first been subjected to a thorough medical examination by a physician, a physician assistant, a clinical nurse specialist, a certified nurse practitioner, or a certified nurse-midwife and found to be a good risk, nor shall it issue a certificate or policy to any person above the age of sixty-five years or under the age of fifteen years. Any written documentation of the physical examination shall be completed by the individual who conducted the examination.
