Each corporation, company, or association described in section3919.21of the Revised Code annually after its admittance to transact business in this state, on or before the first day of March, shall make and file in the office of the superintendent of insurance a statement, in the form required by the superintendent, of its business for the twelve months next preceding the thirty-first day of December of the preceding year.
