Text
Any corporation, company, or association which fails or refuses to file a statement or report as required by section3919.16of the Revised Code, or whose treasurer fails to file a bond as required by law, shall forfeit its right to do business, which forfeiture the superintendent of insurance shall enforce by proceedings in quo warranto. The attorney general shall institute such proceedings, upon the request of the superintendent, in writing.
