Text

Each corporation, company, or association organized under any law of this state for the purpose of doing business under sections3919.01to3919.15, inclusive, of the Revised Code, or for the purpose of doing such business as is contemplated by them, on the first day of January of each year, or within sixty days thereafter, shall deposit, in the office of the superintendent of insurance, a statement under oath of all its transactions for the year next preceding the first day of January, and the condition of its business at the close of such year, according to printed blanks which shall be prepared and furnished by the superintendent, showing, in detail, the transactions of each company or association and exhibiting the following facts and items in the following form:
