Text
Unless otherwise provided, all notices sent to an insurer by the superintendent of insurance that may result in regulatory action under sections3903.81to3903.93of the Revised Code shall be effective upon dispatch if transmitted by registered or certified mail. Any other notice transmitted shall be effective upon the insurer's receipt of the notice.
