(A)In any proceeding under sections3903.01to3903.59of the Revised Code, the superintendent of insurance and his deputies are responsible on their official bonds for the faithful performance of their duties. If the court considers it desirable for the protection of the assets, it may at any time require an additional bond from the superintendent or his deputies, and such bonds shall be paid for out of the assets of the insurer as a cost of administration.
(B)Sections9.86and9.87of the Revised Code and sections109.36to109.366of the Revised Code apply, for purposes of any proceeding under sections3903.01to3903.59of the Revised Code, to the superintendent, any deputy liquidator, any employee of the department of insurance, any employee appointed by the superintendent as liquidator, and any e
