The clerk of the court of common pleas of Franklin county shall forward a copy of the notice required by section3903.75of the Revised Code to the last known address of such company, corporation, or association. The Civil Rules shall govern such proceedings, and, upon the hearing of the cause, such order, judgment, or decree shall be entered by the court of common pleas of Franklin county as is just and equitable.
