(A)Each report obtained by or disclosed to the superintendent of insurance pursuant to sections3901.67to3901.70of the Revised Code is confidential and privileged and is not subject to subpoena. Except as provided in division (B) of this section, the report shall not be made public by the superintendent or any other persons.
(B)Notwithstanding division (A) of this section, the superintendent may do any of the following:
(1)Disclose a report that is the subject of this section upon obtaining a prior written consent from the insurer to which the report pertains;
(2)Share a report that is the subject of this section with the chief deputy rehabilitator, the chief deputy liquidator, other deputy rehabilitators and liquidators, and any other person employed by, or acting on behalf of, th
