(A)As used in this section:

(1)"Electronic signature" has the same meaning as in section1306.01of the Revised Code.

(2)"Insurer" has the same meaning as in section3901.32of the Revised Code.

(B)An insurer may use an electronic signature to comply with any signature requirement placed upon insurers by this title, including any requirement that a document submitted by an insurer to the department of insurance be signed. Last updated June 8, 2022 at 1:04 PM

(A) As used in this section:

(1) "Electronic signature" has the same meaning as in section1306.01of the Revised Code.

(2) "Insurer" has the same meaning as in section3901.32of the Revised Code.
