(A)Three-fourths of all appointment and other fees collected under division (B) of section3905.20of the Revised Code shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the department of insurance operating fund, which is hereby created. The remaining one-fourth shall be credited to the general revenue fund. Other revenues collected by the superintendent of insurance, such as registration fees for sponsored seminars or conferences and grants from private entities, shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the department of insurance operating fund.
(B)Seven-tenths of all fees collected under divisions (A)(2), (A)(3), and (A)(6) of section3905.40of the Revised Code shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the department of insurance operating fund. The remai
