The superintendent of insurance may adopt rules, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, to carry out the purposes of sections3901.61to3901.65of the Revised Code, including a rule regarding the standards of acceptability of letters of credit and other forms of security for purposes of division (C) of section3901.63of the Revised Code.
