Text

(A)As used in this section, "actuarial certification" means certification by a member in good standing of the American academy of actuaries, or a person who otherwise has competency in loss reserve valuation.
(B)Each domestic, foreign, and alien insurer authorized to transact insurance in this state shall, annually on or before the first day of March of each year, file with the national association of insurance commissioners a copy of its annual statement convention blank, along with such additional filings as prescribed by the superintendent of insurance for the preceding year.
