(A)No third-party payer shall fail to comply with sections3901.381and3901.384to3901.3810of the Revised Code.
(B)The superintendent of insurance may require third-party payers to submit reports of their compliance with division (A) of this section. If reports are required, the superintendent shall prescribe the content, format, and frequency of the reports in consultation with third-party payers. The superintendent shall not require reports to be submitted more frequently than once every three months. The superintendent shall not use findings from reports submitted by a third-party payer under this division as the basis of a finding of a violation of division (A) of this section or the imposition of penalties under section3901.3812of the Revised Code.
