Text
The purpose of sections3901.371to3901.378of the Revised Code is to provide the requirements for maintaining a risk management framework and completing an own risk and solvency assessment, and to provide guidance and instructions for filing an own risk and solvency assessment summary report with the superintendent of insurance. The requirements of these sections shall apply to all insurers domiciled in this state unless exempt pursuant to section3901.376of the Revised Code.
