(A)The courts of this state have personal jurisdiction over both of the following:
(1)Every person that is not a resident or domiciliary of, nor authorized to do business in, this state, and that files a statement with the superintendent of insurance under section3901.321of the Revised Code;
(2)All actions involving such person arising out of violations of section3901.321of the Revised Code.
(B)Each person described in division (A) of this section is deemed to have performed acts equivalent to and constituting an appointment of the superintendent to be his attorney upon whom may be served all process in any action, suit, or proceeding arising out of violations of section3901.321of the Revised Code.
