Text
If a violation of section3901.20of the Revised Code has caused, is causing, or is about to cause substantial and material harm, the superintendent of insurance may issue an order that the person cease and desist from any activity violating such section. Notice of the order shall be served in accordance with section119.05of the Revised Code, immediately after its issuance by the superintendent to the person subject to the order and to all persons known to be involved in the violation. The superintendent may thereafter publicize or otherwise make known to all interested persons that the order has been issued.
