Text

Whenever the superintendent of insurance has reason to believe that there is a violation of section3901.11or3901.12of the Revised Code, he shall serve upon the insurers and directors a notice of a hearing before the superintendent to be held not less than thirty days after the service of such notice, and requiring such insurers and directors to show cause why an order should not be made by the superintendent directing such insurers and directors to cease and desist from such violation. All such hearings shall be conducted in accordance with sections119.01to119.13, inclusive, of the Revised Code. If, upon such hearing, the superintendent finds that there has been a violation of section3901.11or3901.12of the Revised Code, he shall issue and cause to be served upon such insurers and directo
