Text
Any officer or director of any national bank, state bank, or state bank and trust company of this state, and any clearing corporation, direct participant, or member bank, as defined in section3901.51of the Revised Code, domiciled or doing business in this state, upon the receipt of the requisition authorized by section3901.08of the Revised Code, or within five days after the receipt of the requisition, shall furnish to the superintendent of insurance in writing all the information called for in the requisition and in the manner and form as directed in the requisition.
