(A)Promptly after receiving a certification under section3752.06of the Revised Code, the director of environmental protection or an authorized representative of the director shall conduct an inspection of the facility named in the certification to determine whether the requirements of that section, applicable rules adopted under section3752.03of the Revised Code, and any orders issued under section3752.16of the Revised Code have been met. Prior to conducting the inspection, the director or his authorized representative shall schedule a time to conduct the inspection with the contact person designated by the owner or operator under section3752.05of the Revised Code.
