Text

(A)No person shall transport fireworks in this state except in accordance with rules adopted by the fire marshal pursuant to section3743.58of the Revised Code.
(B)As used in this division, "fireworks" includes only 1.3G and 1.4G fireworks. No person shall ship fireworks into this state by mail, parcel post, or common carrier unless the person possesses a valid shipping permit issued under section3743.40of the Revised Code, and the fireworks are shipped directly to the holder of a license issued under section3743.03,3743.16, or3743.51of the Revised Code. No person shall ship fireworks within this state by mail, parcel post, or common carrier unless the fireworks are shipped directly to the holder of a license issued under section3743.03,3743.16, or3743.51of the Revised Code.
