Text
Notwithstanding the deadline in division (A) of section3743.15of the Revised Code, any person who wishes to be a licensed wholesaler of fireworks in this state beginning on January 1, 2023, and who does not already hold a license as a wholesaler of fireworks that will run through that date, may submit an application for licensure, pursuant to section3743.15of the Revised Code, not later than November 1, 2022.
