Text

(A)Notwithstanding the requirements, contained in division (A) of section3743.17of the Revised Code, that the state fire marshal only issue the license of a wholesaler of fireworks on the first day of December and that the license is effective for one year, an applicant who applies pursuant to section3743.151of the Revised Code, and who meets the requirements for licensure contained in section3743.16of the Revised Code, shall be issued the license of a wholesaler of fireworks on January 1, 2023.
(B)A license issued pursuant to division (A) of this section shall be effective through November 30, 2023. Last updated December 9, 2021 at 4:06 PM
