(A)The license of an exhibitor of fireworks is effective for one year from the date of its issuance by the fire marshal. If an exhibitor of fireworks wishes to continue as an exhibitor after its then effective license expires, it shall apply for a new license pursuant to section3743.50of the Revised Code. The fire marshal shall send a written notice of the expiration of its license to a licensed exhibitor at least two months before the expiration date.
(B)The license of an exhibitor of fireworks authorizes the exhibitor to conduct public fireworks exhibitions in this state if it complies with sections3743.50to3743.55of the Revised Code and with the rules adopted by the fire marshal pursuant to section3743.53of the Revised Code.
