(A)If a person submits an application for licensure as an exhibitor of fireworks, together with the fee, as required by section3743.50of the Revised Code, the state fire marshal shall review the application and determine whether the applicant satisfies sections3743.50to3743.55of the Revised Code and the rules adopted by the state fire marshal pursuant to division (A) of section3743.53of the Revised Code.
(B)Except as provided in division (D) of this section and subject to section3743.70of the Revised Code, the state fire marshal shall issue a license in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to the applicant for licensure as an exhibitor of fireworks only if the applicant satisfies sections3743.50to3743.55of the Revised Code and the rules adopted by the state fire marshal purs
