(A)A licensed retailer, licensed manufacturer, or licensed wholesaler shall furnish a copy of a safety pamphlet to each purchaser of 1.4G fireworks. In addition to any safety information the licensed retailer, licensed wholesaler, or licensed manufacturer wishes to include, the pamphlet shall include all of the following statements, or substantially similar statements: "Do not allow children to play with fireworks. Sparklers, a firework often considered by many to be the ideal "safe" device for children, burn at very high temperatures and should not be handled by children. Children may not understand the danger involved with fireworks and may not act appropriately while using the devices or in case of emergency.
