Text

(A)Each filling station offering self-service shall be operated in accordance with the most recent version of the national fire protection association standard number 30A, as that standard is incorporated into the fire code adopted by the state fire marshal in accordance with section3737.82of the Revised Code, and the provisions of the "Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970," 84 Stat. 1590, 5 U.S.C.A. 5108, and any amendments thereto and standards adopted thereunder.
(B)The fire marshal shall adopt, as part of the state fire code, rules governing the equipment, operation, and maintenance of filling stations. The rules shall be such as are necessary for the protection of the persons and property of the public, but shall require as a minimum that:
