No person shall violate sections3741.01to3741.06, inclusive, of the Revised Code, relating to the labeling, marketing, stenciling, selling, offering or exposing for sale, or advertising of paints, mixed paints and similar compounds, naval stores, linseed oil, or white lead by manufacturers or distributors thereof.
