Text
A bondholder or a trustee for a bondholder of a metropolitan housing authority may, in addition to all other rights which may be conferred on such bondholder or trustee, subject only to any contractual restrictions binding upon such bondholder or trustee:
(A)Compel, by mandamus, suit, action, or proceeding at law or in equity the authority and the members, officers, agents, or employees thereof to perform each term, provision, and covenant contained in any contract of said authority with or for the benefit of such bondholder or trustee, and may require the carrying out of any such covenants and agreements of said authority and the fulfillment of all duties imposed upon said authority by sections3735.27to3735.50, inclusive, of the Revised Code;
(B)Enjoin, by suit, action, or proceeding
