Text
If a hospital licensed under this chapter is assigned, sold, or transferred to a new owner, within thirty days of the assignment, sale, or transfer, the new owner shall apply to the director of health for a license transfer. The application shall be submitted to the director in the form and manner prescribed in rules adopted under section3722.06of the Revised Code.
The new owner is responsible for compliance with any action taken or proposed by the director under section3722.07or3722.08of the Revised Code. If a notice has been served under sections119.05and119.07of the Revised Code, the new owner becomes party to the notice.
