Text

The president of each board of health providing health services in one or more health districts and the chief executive officer of each health department providing health services in one or more health districts shall, on or before the first day of March of each year, certify the amounts expended during the preceding calendar year which qualify for state health district subsidy funds under section3701.342of the Revised Code and rules adopted by the director of health. The director of health shall certify the amount payable under the state health district subsidy funds distribution formula adopted by the director of health under section3701.342of the Revised Code to the director of budget and management for payment. Payment shall not be made unless:
