(A)The board of health of a city or general health district may, by rule, establish a uniform system of fees to pay the costs of any services provided by the board. The fee for issuance of a certified copy of a vital record or a certification of birth shall not be less than the fee prescribed for the same service under division (A)(1) of section3705.24of the Revised Code and shall include the fees required by division (B) of section3705.24and section3109.14of the Revised Code. Fees for services provided by the board for purposes specified in sections3701.344,3711.10,3718.06,3729.07,3730.03, and3749.04of the Revised Code shall be established in accordance with rules adopted under division (B) of this section.
