Text
A board of health of a city or general health district or the authority having the duties of a board of health under section3709.05of the Revised Code may select the titles it uses to refer to itself, the health district it represents, or any health facility or other entity it operates. The titles may include any terms selected by the board or authority, including the term "public health."
