(A)A board of health of a city or general health district shall transmit to the director of health all fees or additional amounts that the director requires to be collected under sections3701.344,3718.06,3729.07, and3749.04of the Revised Code. The fees and amounts shall be transmitted according to the following schedule:

(1)For fees and amounts received by the board on or after the first day of January but not later than the thirty-first day of March, transmit the fees and amounts not later than the fifteenth day of May;

(2)For fees and amounts received by the board on or after the first day of April but not later than the thirtieth day of June, transmit the fees and amounts not later than the fifteenth day of August;

(B) The director shall deposit the fees and amounts received under this section into the state treasury to the credit of the general operations fund created in section3701.83of the Revised Code. Each amount shall be used solely for the purpose for which it was collected.
