Text
All prosecutions and proceedings by the division of industrial compliance for the violation of sections3703.01to3703.08of the Revised Code, or for the violation of any of the orders or rules of the division under those sections, shall be instituted by the superintendent of industrial compliance. All fines or judgments collected by the division shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the industrial compliance operating fund created by section121.084of the Revised Code.
