Text

Plumbing inspectors employed by the division of industrial compliance assigned to the enforcement of sections3703.01to3703.08of the Revised Code may, between sunrise and sunset, enter any building where there is good and sufficient reason to believe that the sanitary condition of the premises endangers the public health, for the purpose of making an inspection to ascertain the condition of the premises.
