Text
Each commission created by section3347.01of the Revised Code may lease or sublease real property and buildings for suitable housing, dormitory, dining hall, and recreational accommodations for students, members of the faculty, the administration and maintenance staff, and their spouses and children, of the university with which each commission is identified, on such terms as the commission determines, provided, that each such lease or sublease shall provide that the state is not obligated to pay any of the rentals or perform any of the obligations thereunder and that such rentals and obligations are to be paid or performed only from the revenue accruing to the commission executing the lease or sublease.
