Text
The members of each of the commissions created by section3347.01of the Revised Code shall receive no compensation for their services, but shall be reimbursed for their actual expenses incurred in the performance of their duties. Each commission shall organize by electing a chairman and a vice-chairman from its membership and may employ such professional, technical, and clerical assistants as are necessary, and define their duties and fix their compensation, to carry out the objects and purposes of section3347.01to3347.08, inclusive, of the Revised Code. The majority of each commission must concur in any action taken by the commission, which shall establish rules and keep a journal of its proceedings.
