Text

The board of trustees of Central state university shall take, keep, and maintain exclusive authority, direction, supervision, and control over the operations and conduct of such university, so as to assure for said university the best attainable results with the aid secured to it from the state. The board shall provide courses of study in accordance with the standards of the department of education and workforce, and create, establish, provide for, and maintain such industrial, vocational, agricultural, home economics, commercial, business administration, technical, and collegiate subjects leading to the bachelors degree in arts and sciences.
