Text

(A)The government of Central state university shall be vested in a board of trustees to be known as "the board of trustees of the Central state university." Such board shall consist of eleven members who shall be appointed by the governor, with the advice and consent of the senate. Two of the trustees shall be students at Central state university, and their selection and terms shall be in accordance with division (B) of this section. A majority of the board constitutes a quorum. For trustees appointed prior to July 1, 2025, except for the student members, terms of office shall be for nine years, commencing on the first day of July and ending on the thirtieth day of June. For trustees appointed on or after July 1, 2025, except for the student members, terms of office shall be for six years
