Text
The board of trustees of the Ohio state university shall operate and manage a treatment service for tuberculosis and other diseases as part of the college of medicine, which service shall be a center for teaching and research in the fields of tuberculosis and other diseases and a center for treatment of patients having such diseases.
The board of trustees, on the recommendation of the president and other administrative officers of the university, shall adopt rules for the operation of the treatment service established under this section.
The board of trustees may enter into agreements with the director of the department of health for cooperative efforts in research in the fields of tuberculosis and other diseases and for the treatment of patients having such diseases, as may be under jur
