Text

(A)The trustee and their successors in office shall be styled the "board of trustees of the Ohio state university," with the right as such, of suing and being sued, of contracting and being contracted with, of making and using a common seal, and altering it at their pleasure.
(B)Except as specifically provided in division (A)(2) of section2743.03of the Revised Code, the court of claims has exclusive, original jurisdiction of all civil actions against the Ohio state university board of trustees.
