If any policy or guideline established by OSU extension requires volunteers for 4-H programs to be fingerprinted for purposes of a criminal records check conducted by the bureau of criminal identification and investigation, or a vendor approved by the bureau, OSU extension shall pay any fee required under division (C)(3) of section109.572of the Revised Code.
